The Housing Justice Project provides legal assistance to King County residents facing the loss of housing due to an eviction case scheduled in the Superior Court in Seattle. If you have a hearing scheduled please call (206) 722-6848 Ext. 113 immediately to leave a message. Leave your name, phone number and the date of your hearing and whether you live in public housing or receive a rent subsidy.

HJP defends low-income tenants at eviction show-cause hearings scheduled at the Regional Justice Center in Kent, WA (401 4th Avenue North, Room 1281). Simply come go to their office in room 1281 at 8:30 a.m. on the morning of your show-cause hearing. HJP operates on a first come, first served basis
